I Love the band Metro Station!!!! Alternative pop is my calling. Look up Shake It and Kelsey.
Also I think it's safe to say that England has produced the greatest bands in history. The Beatles, Led Zeppellin, The Cure, Cream, Rolling Stones, and much, MUCH more!!!
If you're looking for Arabic pop, then look up Tarkan, the most popular pop singer Turkey. I know it sounds weird, but I think its kinda cool.

Metro station are good, but so much underrated, such as great bands like The Pipettes, Noisettes, Sufjan stevens, stina nordenstam.......
but Its pretty sad how people prefer mainstream music with music that lacks creativity but never run out of rhythm ...lol..
but who am I kidding,my mainstream guilty pleasure is "piece of me" by britney, not because i'm a fan of her but for the simple reason that since the beginning of her career no matter what people, media,haters say about her, no matter how bad her image gets......every single that girl drops is a certified hit lol

Oh my gosh I totally hate people that think the only good music is the stuff on the radio. There is SUCH better stuff out there!!!
And I hate to love Britney. I have to say that I did buy her latest album. I absolutely love Piece of Me!!!
